Skull Clothing Company has no idea of, or control over the retailers' business model, and is not a partner to the retailer's decisions and risk. Rather than making a return, other alternatives are to sell merchandise at cost or below, sell on ebay, donate to charity and take a tax write off for full retail value (discuss with your accountant).
Returns are not encouraged as they are more costly for us to check in and re-process than filling the original order, and may leave us with unbalanced inventory. Every effort is made to give each item in our catalog and website more information/description than found on the wholesale price sheet. Colors on our website will vary according to monitor settings.
We accept returns of any unsold, undamaged, unworn, "like new", pristine, RESELLABLE merchandise. Unless received with factory defects and notified Skull Co. within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.
Opened packages are not always returnable (and we will not send opened packages to you or any merchandise that is not factory fresh). The following rules must apply and will be strictly enforced.
[A] There is no such thing as an "even exchange", a return becomes a credit. Our business model pricing allows for a 50% return credit to be applied to Customer's Skull Co account to be applied to Customer's next order. No credit is given for shipping.
[B] NO DAMAGE of ANY kind will be accepted - such as shopworn, sun-fading, smoke smell, finger prints, hanger marks, perfume or cosmetic smell, writing on hangtags, etc.
[C] All apparel must be returned as new.
[D] Merchandise sold by; the dozen, or unit in packages, or displays, must be returned full, not partially sold.
[E] Merchandise that does not meet the above standards will not be credited or processed and the sender will have to pay shipping charges in advance to have the box returned. Unvalled for merchandise will be discarded after 30 days. WMS reserves the right to refuse this privilege, and/or to do business with anyone.
[F] ANY unsolicited return for ANY reason becomes a CREDIT on your Skull CO account, which will be credited against a future order. There is no such thing as an "even exchange". We do NOT give cash refunds, or send refund checks for returned merchandise. |
